I have done so many things I know You don’t approve of
Yet You are their for me with your unconditional love
And above it all You never let me fall
I may stumble and I may hit the wall
Your call to angelic hosts always keeps me close
You forgive me even when I’m doing the most
Holy hosts on high I never forget Your name
Your grace and mercy have kept me safe in the game

So I give you Praise

I remember when times were hard and ends were short
You sent the Comforter for help and support
My cohorts don’t believe yet but I know they will
We all cry Your name when the innocent get killed
Yet and still we live like we don’t really know You
Like we don’t know Your thoughts on what we should do
My crew will all serve You before its all said and done
Every knee shall bow to You and confess that You’re the one

And I give you Praise

You have always known me, my sins and my desires
You’ve called me to be the light of the world, filled with Your fire
No liar to the world, Your Word has always been true
The name above all names, even Satan bows to You
So through Your death and arising my faith has been built
My belief in You is strong and fresh and shall never wilt
The hilt of my sword of truth proclaims Your return
I lift Your name daily so my soul won’t burn
